Step 2. Fill out the questionnaire

You can prepare questions in advance, outline diagnoses and topics for discussion when applying. Preliminary completion of the QUESTIONNAIRE is especially welcomed. We will save our total time, we will be able to find more effective solutions faster.

The questionnaire is distributed in MS Word format.

Step 3. Sign up for a consultation through a manager

In the message, indicate the preferred type of communication, as well as attach the completed questionnaire (in the case of an initial consultation). In response, you will be sent information about payment methods.

Cost of consultation: 3000 ₽.
Duration in conversation mode: 40 min.

The manager sends contacts for communication with a specialist in response to your payment confirmation. After payment, a convenient date and time for the consultation will be chosen.

After the end of an individual consultation, health questions are not accepted by the manager. The cost of the consultation does not include the daily management of the patient, answers to health inquiries.
